How to cut a video into two parts

Recently, I found many people have the demands of cutting a video into several parts. A friend of mine asked me how to cut a video into two parts for Windows Movie Maker. The video sometime is too large or too long for us. In this article we will show you the step by step guide to help you Split a video.

Add a video you want to cut
Simply, you can drag a video from your hard drive to Video Download Studio. Also, you can click “Add” button and Navigation to the hard drive which the videos are in.

Remove useless part of the video
You will see the window for editing is displayed on the right hand. The slider button can set start time and end time of the video. In other words, the length of converted video will be size between these two sliders.

Select the output format as the original format
Originally, the Profile box is for converting format selecting. If you just want to cut a video into two parts, you do not have to change the output format. Just keep it as the original one.

You have successfully got one part of the video. Use the same way to get another part of the video. The trim function also helps you remove the prelude and ending of a video.
